Soil 2 Soul is where I facilitate cooking sessions with (other) mother and daughter dyads where we cook their favorite cultural recipes by using healthier ingredients from the foods we produce in the gardens we create. Here, we share family recipes and stories that form bonds.
In these spaces, we learn how to care for our bodies, minds and souls and form our identities that transform our communities and the ones yet to come.
